Sopore, May 04 : After health sector now authorities at Roads and Buildings department (R&B) has violated government order number 123 in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Sources said that Executive Engineer R&B Sopore has violated government order number 123 in which he has uploaded many NIT’s as there are AA submitted, Funds Demand, which as per sources is totally violation of order.
Sources said that the Executive Engineer R&B Sopore has totally violated the order as he is not authorized to approve such order.
Meanwhile Executive Engineer R&B Sopore Saleem Ahmed when contacted termed all allegation baseless and said that the programme has been approved from the authorites and here we have issued a tender of that approved programme only. He said that after approval of programme department is authorized to issue a tender of 75 %.
Pertainally, a order copy which lies with Kashmir Despatch reads that it should be clearly mentioned in the NIT’S ,the position of AAA as well as funds so as to avoid financial/technical indiscipline.
The tenders should be invited only such works for which AAA is accorded and the work is approved in the current years work’s programme besides funds are available order copy reads.
