Pneumonia Patient from Bihar Succumbs at SKIMS

Srinagar, April 20 : A 28 year old non local who was earning his bread and butter in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district died due to Pneumonia at SKIMS Srinagar today morning.

Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a 28 year old Mohammad Murshid son of Mohammad Moheer-Din of Bihar was earning his livelihood in north Kashmir’s Bandipora where he was staying in a rented accommodation.

Reports said he was suffering from Pneumonia and was brought to CHC Sumbal where from doctors reffered him to SKIMs Soura for treatment, however after spending a night there he lost his breathe today morning.

A doctor at SKIMS also confirmed his death to Kashmir Despatch and said samples were taken also to check whether he was having any COVID-19 symptoms.

Meanwhile police in this regard has registered a case and started further investigation
