One More Die of COVID-19 in J&K, Toll 136

Srinagar, July 6 : With the fresh COVID related death the toll touches to 136 in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.

A health official told Kashmir Despatch that one more person died on Monday morning due to COVID-19, The officer said deceased is a resident of Baramulla District.

Medical Superintendent SKIMS Professor Farooq Jan told Kashmir Despatch that a 55-year-old woman from Boniyar Baramulla a Covid Positive With Rheumatic Heart Disease Associated with Congestive Cardiac Failure and Respiratory Tract Infection. He said she was in IDB on High Flow Oxygen, Was very Sick and died today.

Earlier A 90-year-old man from Tangmarg area of Baramulla and a 56 year-old man from Budgam district died of this virus.

The COVID death toll in Jammu and Kashmir stands now at 136✓ 120 from the Valley and 14 from Jammu division.
