Only stranded vehicles to move on Jammu_Srinagar highway tomorrow : Officials

Srinagar : Only stranded vehicles shall move on Jammu_Srinagar highway the only route which connects Kashmir with the rest of the world tomorrow if there are no fresh landslides.

A traffic official told Kashmir Despatch over phone that no fresh traffic movement will be allowed to ply tomorrow from both sides, he however said that stranded vehicles including loaded trucks will be allowed to move.

Officer said that repair work on the road has been completed and it there is no fresh landslide traffic movement will be restored but only stranded vehicles tomorrow on Thursday.

Officer also requested travellers to confirm the road status before starting their journeys.
