Bandipora, May 8: Two persons are feared drowned after three individuals reportedly fell into the Jhelum River near Hajin in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday afternoon.
According to reports, the incident triggered panic among local residents, who immediately launched rescue efforts. One person was rescued by locals and shifted to a nearby health facility for treatment.
Rescue teams, along with volunteers, are continuing search operations to trace the two missing persons.
