Passport counter in Srinagar closed till Mar 31

Srinagar, Mar 20, KNT: Regional Passport Officer, Srinagar, Brij Bushan Naagar Friday informed that it has decided to close passport counter till March 31 in wake of Coronavirus threat.


 He told news agency that due to COVID-19 and advisory and requests from Central Government and local administration, the appointments booked at the Passport office Srinagar for passport applications and another miscellaneous service by the applicants may please be rescheduled and postponed till the advisory or instructions from this office.


  He said inquiry counter at Passport Office Srinagar shall not be opened till March 31, 2010.”


 “In case of any exigency with regard to the passport application, the general public is advised to call on 2500375 and 2500173.” (KNT)
