JAMMU, July 26: Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM) today launched a formal campaign for liberation of Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) and Gilgit Baltistan which are under the illegal occupation of Pakistan.
The campaign was launched by the hundreds of activists of Manch and Gujjar Bakerwal leaders, during a seminar here which was held under the chairmanship of senior RSS leader and patron of the MRM, Dr Indresh Kumar, in a seminar held here today.
The seminar was organized by the Gujjar Desh Charitable Trust.
Addressing a large number of Gujjar and Bakerwals leaders, Indresh Kumar said that POJK was a part of India, it is a part of India and will be remain a part of india and we are committed to take it back from the Pakistan, which is on the verge of poverty and inflation.
He further asked the Pakistan to vacate the PoJK, Gilgit and Baltistan which are the parts of India and were in its illegal occupation, said the people of these regions are being suppressed and oppressed by Pakistan Government.
Speaking to media persons at the sidelights of the programme, Indresh Kumar said that the campaign was launched in view of the slogan given by Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi that the international boundaries be respected. He said Pakistan is not a nation but it has come into existence due to the conspiracy of Britishers as well as former Prime Minster of India, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru and founder of Pakistan, Ali Mohammed Jinah.
He said that Pakistan is on the verge of disintegration as the people of these regions want liberation from that country and they have already launched the movement in this connection.
He said after its formation Pakistan got fragmented in 1971 after the formation of Bangladesh and now other regions have started a movement for liberation from Pakistan.
While giving the tributes to the brave Indian army jawans, on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Indresh Kumar said, out army is the one the finest army in the world, every Indian must feel proud to be have such an army, who is saving the lives of 140 crores of Indian and always keep ready to sacrifice their lives for the safety of Indians.
Replying on a query over the implementation of Uniform Civil Code in India, Indresh Kumar said, there is nothing special in this code that the Muslims fear for its implementation, there are some leaders in our nation, who are misguiding the Muslims over its implementation. In our constitution, we have rights for every religion and this code has nothing to do with any religion.
Among others who participated in the seminar included, National –convener, NRM Hari Mohd Afjhal, Abu Bakar Naqvi, Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh, Convenor, Mir Nazir Ahmed, Organization Minister, Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh, Punjab and Himachal Gulshan Kumar and other members of the Manch.
