Ganderbal : Panic spread in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal village after a couple of wild black bear was spotted in the area by locals.
Locals from Panzina area of Kangan claimed that they spotted a couple of wild bear late Saturday evening, creating fear and panic in the area.
“People particularly children and women are reluctant to come out from their homes after the word about the presence of black bears spread in the area,” reports said.
They said that presence of bears has created fear among residents and they requested wildlife authorities to capture the animal at an earliest for the safety of people along with their livestock.
