SOPORE, Nov 4:-Students of Baba Shukur-Ul-dian Waqaf high school have started a protest demonstration on block Bandipora Sopore road at Watlab against the transfer of their principal.
“We want our Principal to be retained in our school,” was the demand of over a 100 students of the Waqaf high school-Watlab.
“The school will not be the same without him. Many of us joined the school just a year ago, but all of us have forged a personal bonding with him. He was always involved in school activities and took heed to all our complaints,” said Aarif, a 9th class student.
Students appealed concerned authorities to bring him back to the school as they will continue to protest if their demand is not fulfilled.
