The National Investigating Agency (NIA) on Tuesday claimed to have arrested one more person involved in Pulwama IED attack.
An official confirmed to Kashmir Despatch that Bilal Ahmed Kuchey, a resident of Hajibal, Kakapora, Pulwama, was arrested on July 5. He had harboured and extended logistic support to Jaish Militants involved in attack. He said 7th involved in the incident sofar.
