Srinagar, Feb 02 : Refusing to accept the formation of party committees for Sangrama constituency , People’s Conference leader and DDC Chairperson Safina Baigh Wednesday said that the committees were not ‘ acceptable’ to her and she will formally inform about her displeasure to Party Chairman.
Speaking to RNA over phone from Jammu, Mrs. Baigh said, “I as DDC member of Block Wagoora completely disown these committees. Many members have not even been consulted before taking them into the committees. They are my workers.” She further said that she will soon write a formal letter to Party Chairman with this regard.
Mrs. Beigh’s reaction has come barely a few hours after the People’s Conference headquarters issued list of several committees on its official twitter handle nominating various party workers in various committees including powerful constituency advisory council, constituency committee, Kandi block committee, Kreeri block committee, Wagoora Block Committee, Sangrama Block Committee, and Khuiee Block Committee.
