Srinagar, Aug 22 : Hours after Peoples Conference Chief Sajad Gani Lone announced that they will go on hunger strike if J&K’s electoral demography is changed, the Bharatiya Janta party (BJP) said that leaders like him should understand that Government is implementing the constitution in the Valley.
In a tweet, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), BJP’s top leader and Seh Prabhari, Jammu & Kashmir, Ahsish sood said the government is implementing the constitution in the valley.
“In J&K, there is no demographic intervention.The govt is just trying to give people their right to vote. These people are living in the state and contributing to its development. govt is implementing the constitution in the valley. People like @ sajadlone should understand this,” he tweeted.
In a press conference, Lone had announced that he will go on hunger strike in front of the parliament if electoral demography of J&K is changed—(KNO)
