Sajad’s PC gets a big boost in Langate, Irfan Pandithpuri joins PC

Srinagar, Dec 08 (KNS): The Peoples Conference chairman Sajad Gani Lone got a big boost in his home district Kupwara when Irfan Pandithpuri the son of former PDP heavyweight Mohammad Sultan Pandithpuri formally joined Peoples Conference, saying that, “Sajad Gani Lone is the crown of north Kashmir and we want to see him glowing in next assembly elections and we believe he will be the next chief minister of the state.”
Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) after formally joining the Peoples Conference in presence of party chairman Sajad Gani Lone and former minister Imran Ansari, the new entrant to Peoples Conference Irfan Pandithpuri said, “We will work for dismantling the forces who have created chaos in Langate constituency for last more than a decade. We hope people will support the agenda of development raised by Peoples Conference under the leadership of Sajad Gani Lone.” Peoples Conference chairman Sajad Gani Lone and party’s senior leader Imran Ansari welcomed Irfan Pandithpuri into the party fold.
It is in place to mention here that Irfan Pandithpuri carries the legacy of his father Mohammad Sultan Pandithpuri a PDP heavyweight who won assembly elections twice and was also elected to legislative council once in his life time. Among others who were present on the occasion include District president PC Kupwara Hafizullah Mir senior leader Mohammad Maqbool Mir. (KNS)
