SRINAGAR, Feb 8: The governor led administration has appointed Saugat Biswas, IAS special secretary information technology department as the first divisional commissioner for newly created Ladakh division.
Biswas will continue to hold the charge of secretary information technology J&K. The office of divisional commissioner will function at Leh for three weeks and it will work in Srinagar for the fourth week in a month.
