Send data about vacancies, displaced teachers to NIC: SED to DSEJ

SRINAGAR, Jul 30: The Jammu and Kashmir School Education Department has asked the Director of Jammu region to ensure that the data regarding vacancies and displaced teachers will be sent to National Informatics Centre (NIC) by Saturday.

Principal Secretary, School Education Department, B K Singh in a meeting regarding Annual Transfer Drive (ATD) 2022 said, “Director Jammu will ensure that data regarding vacancy and displaced teachers will be sent to NIC on Saturday for four districts mentioned in the meeting Viz Rajouri, Samba, Kathua and Udhampur.”

He said that in case of other districts, it shall be done by Tuesday. Singh has further directed to furnish the details of teaching staff name wise in primary, middle, high and higher secondary schools by or before August-01-2022.

“Display database along with photographs of teaching staff on the notice board of the institution as well as on the official websites of the respective directorates,” he said.

As already reported the government is likely to commence with Phase-II of Annual Transfer Drive (ATD) 2022 for Masters and Teachers from Saturday.

During the discussion in the meeting it was intimated that 510 Masters from Jammu and 734 masters from Kashmir Division respectively shall be eligible for Phase-II—(KNO)
