Srinagar: Senior leader from Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ghulam Mohammad Reshi along with his workers and functionaries on Saturday announced his formal entry into Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference (JKPC).
New entrants were welcomed by party’s senior leaders Abid Ansari, Abbas Wani, Sheikh Imran, Mudasir Karim-General Secretary Youth and Salman Bukhari – party’s youth coordinator.
The leaders while welcoming Reshi and his functionaries into the fold said that the entry of veteran political leaders in Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference reflects the acceptability of party’s vision and agenda in the political landscape of the state and that the day is not far away when the party will emerge as the most credible, strong and viable outfit to reckon with.
According to the party spokesman, those who joined JKPC along with Mr Reshi are G A Reshi, Wali Mohammed Bhat, Ghulam Nabi Reshi, Abdul Rehman Reshi and several others.
