Several women from different political parties join Apni Party
Kupwara, October 8: Dozens of women hailing from Kupwara District joined Apni Party in presence of Apni Party leader Bilal Arif Lone.
While addressing the gathering, Bilal Arif said that Apni Party has invariably recognized the prestige of empowering the women of Jammu and Kashmir and is committed to serving the society at all levels.
Bilal apprised the women about their duties as an Apni Party activist. He asked them to work for the welfare of women folk and strengthen the party on the grassroots level.
He further stressed upon providing a proper platform to women to polish their talent, capability and intelligence and utilize the same in educating the womenfolk about the stratagems of Apni Party.
Speaking on the occasion, the new entrants to Apni Party observed that they joined the party after being convinced by its agenda and the contribution of the Party leadership in the overall development of J&K.
“We found Apni Party an effective political platform wherein the leadership has adopted a practical approach to resolve the public grievances. The leadership of Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari and his political vision is a blend of experience and conviction. His honest and pragmatic approach has motivated all of us to join Apni Party,” they observed.
