Shutdown in Kashmir : train service runs per schedule

Srinagar, Feb 13 : In a first time authorities at railway resumed train services between Banihal to Baramulla despite Hurriyat shutdown call in Kashmir valley.

A railway officer confirmed that all trains between Banihal to Baramulla are playing smoothly today. He however added that for the stranded passengers authorities took this decision.

Pertinently a complete shutdown is being observed in Kashmir on call of JRL against any move to weaken Article 35-A that is scheduled to come up for hearing in Supreme Court this week.
