The Sopore administration in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district will conduct free NEET/JEE pattern examinations for students in the town.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore, Shabir Ahmad Raina, while talking to Kashmir Despatch, expressed admiration for the brilliant academic performance of the students in the Sopore belt, so in order to assess their level of proficiency and foster healthy competition, the administration has collaborated with a coaching institution to conduct the examinations at no cost.
He said the free examinations are open to all students.
ADC Sopore said that I met with the heads of various educational institutions to discuss the academic progress and personal challenges faced by students.
During the meeting, it was decided to conduct the NEET/JEE pattern examinations, with the first phase set to take place this Saturday.
ADC Sopore emphasized that students from 10th, 11th, and 12th grades, as well as those who have passed, qualified, unqualified, or dropped out, are eligible to participate in the exam.
He said other coaching agencies are encouraged to collaborate with the administration in order to continue conducting such exams for the bright and successful future of the students in Sopore.
ADC Sopore also acknowledged that the previous results of competitive exams in Sopore were not satisfactory. This collaborative effort aims to address this issue and provide greater support to the student community in achieving their academic goals.
