In continuation to the investigation of the case FIR No. 44/2025 NDPS Act of Police Station Sopore, the name of another accused surfaced in the said case, accordingly a team of Police Post Fruit Mandi headed by IC PP Fruit Mandi PSI Rashid Khan got a search warrant from competent court and conducted the search of the residential house of the accused namely Firdous Ahmad Dar S/O Mohammad Sultan Dar R/O Reban and recovered 374 grams of Charas like substance from the said house.
Accordingly, accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is still going on.
Sopore police urges the common masses to give information regarding narcotics or any other crimes to the nearest police establishment or dial 112.
