Sopore resident killed in hit and run in Pattan

Pattan : In a hit-and-run case, a man was killed after being hit by a vehicle at Pattan area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday evening.

Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said the driver of the car fled from the scene after the accident.However, people present there rushed to the spot and taken the body immediately to nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead in arrival.

The deceased has been identified as Maqsood Ahmad Bhat of Sagipora Sopore.
