Srinagar, June 06 : The 4th death due to COVID-19 in a single day added the fear and threat among residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to health official another COVID-19 victim lost battle with life and became 4th victim in a single day in Jammu and Kashmir. The official said an elderly man from Baghat Barzulla was admitted in the Rainawari hospital after developing infection, however this evening he breathed his last.
With the fresh COVID-19 death the toll overall in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir stands now at 40.
Earleir this day three persons lost their lives including 70 year old man from Nowpora Shopian, An Elderly man from Handwara and 62 year old lady from Jammu Divison.
