Srinagar markets to open for Eid with guidelines : Div Com

Srinagar, July 27 : The markets in Srinagar will be open for Eid purchase for three days, however with proper guidelines and regulations Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Pandurang K. Pole said.

Talking to Kashmir Despatch, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir said that markets for Eid purchase will be open with regulations from Tomorrow in summer capital city Srinagar. He said details have finalised by Concerned district magistrate.

He however said that concerned District Commissioners of different districts will decide over the opening of shops for next three days so that people can purchase different items for Eid. 

Pertinently, the government announced lockdown in all the districts of Kashmir except Bandipora on July 22 after valley witnessed rapid increase in COVID-19 cases.
