Time for a collective fight against enemies of peace: JKNPF

Ensures foolproof security for KPs.

Press Release

Jammu Kashmir Nationalist People’s Front (JKNPF) Friday condemned the killing of a Kashmir Pandit employee by terrorists and asked the Kashmir pandits not to take any decision in haste.

He said that Kashmir pandits should not allow terrorists to derail the peace by any hasty decision.

“We all should keep full faith in our security forces and administration. No one will be allowed to derail the peace in the valley,” he added.

In the wake of recent killing of a Kashmir Pandit employee by terrorists, several Kashmiri Pandit organisations have alleged the administration did not take adequate measures to ensure their safety despite intelligence inputs indicating their vulnerability to terror attacks.

In an unconfirmed report, more than 350 Kashmiri Pandit Prime Minister Package Employees in Kashmir have put their resignation to LG office in wake of the recent killing.

The Chief Patron Sanjay Kumar said that Kashmir pandits don’t feel safe after killing of KP Govt Employee Rahul Bhat by terrorists but they should give administration some time to ensure foolproof security to the Kashmir pandits.

“Safety of Kashmir Pandits is of utmost priority. No doubt the time is very tough but we all should fight together for legal rights and for a better future. These terrorists working on the behest of Pakistan will be dealt accordingly,” Kumar added.

He condemned the killing of Kashmir Pandit employee and a policeman by terrorists saying that people behind killing of innocents should be exposed and dealt with a heavy hand.

Party president Sheikh Muzaffar said that people should defeat the nefarious designs of anti national elements by ensuring safety of Kashmir pandit brethren.

“It is the people of Kashmir who have to defeat the agenda of terrorists. We must come forward and ensure the safety of our pandit brothers. It is time to fight back these terrorists collectively,” he added.
