Kupwara : The Shakti Vijay Brigade of Indian Army organised a multi-speciality Medical Camp to provide free medical treatment to the people of Karnah in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Hundreds of people benefited from multi speciality camp by provided medicines and free eye services.
The people who visited the camp were educated on health and hygiene related aspects, besides the doctors were also felicitated by the people as thanksgiving for providing medical services at door step.
Pertinently, This initiate was taken by army on Tithwal day celebrations.
Medical camp a success
The camp received an overwhelming response from the villagers who turned up in big numbers to avail the much-needed treatment.The medical camp became a success as the older residents of border areas including Panchs and Sarpanchs of nearby villages appreciated the goodwill efforts of the army for the well-being of people.
