Tral shuts on fourth consecutive day to mourn militant killings

Tral, Jan 06 : A complete shutdown is being observed for the fourth consecutive day on Sunday in south Kashmir’s Tral town of Pulwama district to mourn the killing of three Hibz militants.

Reports said all shops and businesses establishments are closed and traffic is also off the roads in Tral town and adjoining areas for the fourth consecutive day.

According to Kashmir Despatch Correspondent people from various areas of Tral are visiting the residences of the slain militants to offer condolences.

Pertinently three Hibz militants Shakoor Ahmed of Lalibal Tral, Tawseef Ahemd Thoker and Zubair Bhat of Chursoo Awantipora were killed in an encounter in Gulshanpora area of Tral earlier this week.
