Srinagar 21 March : In a groundbreaking move, the Transport Department of Jammu and Kashmir, under the visionary leadership Secretary Transport Niraj Kumar and Transport Commissioner Rajinder Singh Tara, is set to revolutionize the region’s transport sector.
