Srinagar October 31: Police on Monday claimed to have arrested two militant associates affliated with Lashkar-i-Toiba outfit in the Kellar area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
Police said on a specific input a joint team of Police, army and CRPF launched search operation in Keller area of district.
During search operation two militant associates dentified as Gowhar Manzoor Bhat and Abid Hussain Nanda both resident of Drabgam Pulwama were arrested, they said.
From their possession one pistol, a grenade, 10 rounds and Rs 60000 have been recovered, they said.
Meanwhile, Police has registered a case{FIR no 83/2022 of PS Keller U/S 7/25 iA Act 18, 30 ULA(P) in this regard and started investigation.
