Two more COVID-19 related deaths in J&K, toll 69

Srinagar, June 18 : Two more persons died due to COVID-19 in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir late this night, taking the fatality count due to the virus in J&K to 69.

Sources in health department told Kashmir Despatch that two more persons became victims of thie deadly virus in Jammu and Kashmir late this night. He said both are residents of Jammu Divison one from Akhnoor a 63 year old man and another is a resident of Talab Tiloo. He said with these two deaths the toll in Jammu Divison rises to 9.

The overall toll due to this deadly virus in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir stands now 69.

Pertinently, On Wednesday Kashmir Division witnessed four deaths due to COVID-19 among a Shopian resident , a Baramulla resident , A Budgam man and a female from Batmaloo Srinagar.
