Uri man succumbs to injury 12 hours after accident

Baramulla 24 July : A 60-year-old man who was injured in a road mishap in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday succumbed to his injuries today.

An official said that the deceased identified as Mohamad Ali Shah Son of Mohamad Muzafar Shah a resident of Navaranda Uri.

The deceased was working at “Afridi Hotel” Sheeri as a waiter who as per reports was hit by a speedy vehicle on Saturday evening.

However, he was immediately taken to nearby hospital where from he was shifted to Srinagar medical institution.

After night-long treatment at Srinagar medical institution he succumbed to his injuries today morning reports added.

Police in this regard has registered case a FIR Number 31/22 US 337 and further investigation has been set into motion.
