Widespread rain and snow with isolated heavy spells were observed over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Rain and thundershowers occurred over Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh, northeastern states and Kerala.
Mist and fog were observed over Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Northeast India.
Isolated pockets of Vidarbha Coast also observed patchy fog.
Minimums increased over northern, central and eastern parts of India.
