A weekly review meeting was held on Revenue, Enforcement and sanitation.
The meeting was headed by Joint Commissioner Adm Mr syed Abul Qasim .
Joint Commissioner SMC impressed upon the concerned officers of Planning wing for a quick disposal of building permission cases once the case reaches to different levels of officers on line so that the building permission is obtained within a stipulated time frame by the applicant.
Clear cut instructions were given to all the wings to improvise upon the progress report and work mechanism for quick disposal of different cases.
Directions were also given to regularly conduct anti polythene drives and anti encraochment drives for clutter free footpaths and roads to ensure smooth flow of traffic and pedestrians movement.
The planning wing was directed to facilitate citizens better for hassle free building permissions .
