Women participation in voting is pivotal for making democracy strong : Nodal officer SVEEP AC Pattan.

Pattan, Sept 11: In continuation of the SVEEP activities at different Assembly constituencies, AC-13 Pattan today conducted Voter Awareness programme especially for women at HSS Palhallan where a bulk of female participants joined the event with enthusiasm.The programme started with the pledge and the students performed demonstrations in a creative way to the audience for Registration of Voters and the process of voting.

While speaking about the influential females ,the speakers put forth the life history of our acting president Smt Droupadi Murmu and acting finance minister Shri Nirmala sitharaman and influenced the audience by their achievements to make best advantage of their rights.

The Nodal officer SVEEP AC-13 Pattan Mr Fayaz Faheem speaking on the occasion impressed the female participants to take actively part in upcoming Assembly elections to make the democracy stronger for stronger India. Mr. Tariq Ahmad Wani Vice Principal HSS Palhallan appreciated the efforts of the speakers for the conduct of the event in a very short span of time and urged the female Voters to make judicious use of their constitutional Right. ZEO pattan/ Principal HSS Goshbugh Mr GH Nabi Bhat also impressed for greater participation of women in upcoming elections. The event concluded with vote of thanks by  Ms Aliya CRC political Science HSS Palhallan.
