Awantipora, November 18: To promote martial arts in Jammu and Kashmir, a Wushu Championship was organised at Hajahad Public School Awantipora. The championship which graced by the chief guests Principal of the School,Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat and General secretary of Wushu Mudasir Dar.
The event was organised under the supervision of the youngest Wushu Coach Mohd Shoaib Amin.
The championship saw a total of 100 participants out which 20 outstood the others and recieved gold medals. Suhaib Arshid was named the best fighter who belonged to the winning club ‘Ballistic Fitness’
I’m very glad n feel myself to appreciate Mr. Kuldeep handoo(CEO and chief coach of India) for organizing this inspiring events.
Mr. Maqsood rather , the present Joint secretary wushu association of j&k also plays an vital role in this whole event.
I also thank my coaches who inspired me to stand against all the difficulties I faced bout this wushu.
Among all the coaches, Rameez sir, Aijaz wushu sir n irfan sir perform great performance, I will b thankful always.
Meanwhile, RJ Umar Nisar said that Sports champainship will promote sports ship among youths .it will also help to bring out the hidden talent of our youths .youth should participate such type of sports activities.
