Young Lawyers Forum(Kashmir) Unveils Inaugural Issue of Journal of Legal Theory and Practice

BANDIPORA, Jan 6: The Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) here on Saturday announced the launch of its first-ever issue of the “Journal of Legal Theory and Practice.” Recognizing a void in legal scholarship, the Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) has taken a groundbreaking initiative by introducing the Journal of Legal Theory and Practice. The launch of the Journal of Legal Theory and Practice is a crucial step towards filling a void in legal scholarship in the Kashmir Valley. By providing a platform for local legal minds, YLF aims provide a space for legal scholars and also encourage the exploration of legal issues unique to the region
This annual publication marks a significant milestone for YLF, showcasing its commitment to fostering quality legal research and intellectual discourse within the legal community.

The Journal of Legal Theory and Practice is an annual, double-blind, peer-reviewed, and refereed journal, meticulously designed to advance the boundaries of legal scholarship. Intending to provide a platform for insightful discourse, the journal encourages rigorous academic exploration across various facets of the legal landscape.

The editorial team steering this initiative comprises well-known and highly qualified legal experts, each specializing in different areas of law. Their collective expertise ensures a judicious and unbiased evaluation process, maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity.

Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) is a non-profit registered society based in Kashmir.
At YLF, law students, lawyers, and legal activists work collectively to impart legal awareness, provide free legal aid and advice, conduct legal research, and pursue public interest litigations in J&K.
