SRINAGAR, June 27: Former Minister and Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party Vice President Usman Majid here on Tuesday expresses deep concern over the unnecessary delay in declaring the results for the 5th Semester (Backlog Batch-2019) integrated honours examinations at Cluster University. Majid in a statement, urges the Cluster University Vice Chancellor Professor Qayyum to take immediate action and announce the results without any further delay.
He said that, the prolonged delay in releasing the results has caused immense distress among the affected students, who are eagerly awaiting their results. This situation is not only adversely affecting their academic progress but also jeopardizing their future prospects. Many of these students have already secured admissions to reputed universities both within the country and abroad, and the delay in result declaration is impeding their ability to secure their places.
Majid emphasized that the precious time of these students should not be wasted due to administrative inefficiencies. The delay in result declaration is hindering their educational and professional aspirations, causing them undue stress and anxiety. It is imperative that the Vice Chancellor and the university administration take strong note of the concerns raised by the students and address this issue promptly.
Majid called upon the Vice Chancellor to expedite the process of result declaration and ensure that the results are announced at the earliest. He also urged the university administration to reassess their examination and result management systems, so that more efficiency and transparency is brought in. Such improvements will not only benefit the current batch of students but also contribute to the overall academic environment and reputation of Cluster University.
