Two patients discharged from DH Ganderbal after recovering from COVID-19

GANDERBAL, APRIL 20: Two persons among fourteen, who were hospitalized, after testing positive for Corona virus, were discharged from District Hospital Ganderbal, today, after testing negative for the infection.

Both the patients hailing from village Guzhama, Ganderbal, were under thorough medical observation since they tested Positive and were discharged after clearance from doctors and health authorities.

Before sending them back to their homes, a team of doctors briefed them about the dos and don’ts and other precautionary measures to be followed during the 14-days home quarantine to be maintained with utmost care.

Meanwhile, the DC Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal appreciated the medial staff for persistent effort in combating the epidemic and hoped that all other COVID-19 positive patients will recover soon and will be send back to their homes. He also said that health checkup of both the patients will be done by the surveillance teams regularly during home quarantine.
