DC Srinagar in a tweet said, COVID fight belongs to Citizens. Alert, responsive & truthful. Flagged by neighbors a resident arriving clandestinely, picked up promptly, tested positive. Let’s not rush, rather follow protocols. Narwara now Red Zone.
