Srinagar June 9 : Apni Party is getting a major boost as scores of people have been joining the Apni Party fold on continuous basis. In a recent development, large number of people from Habba Kadal constituency joined Apni Party in presence of Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari. The joining took place at its party office in M2 Church Lane Sonwar Srinagar.
During the occasion, Bukhari welcomed the new entrants into the party fold and said that the coming together of like-minded people is an example of visible change showing that the people of Kashmir want development and empowerment and not the false promises as made my the previous regime in the name of development. He emphasised on the new entrants to follow the transparent political module and work deligently for the welfare of common masses.
Besides Bukhari , Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, Senior Leader Khurshid Ahmad Khan, Vice President Srinagar Aijaz Rather,
Vice chairman DDC Srinagar Bilal Bhat, District Secretary Jeelani Kumar and several others were also present.
The new entrants who joined the party fold included Riyaz Ahmad Channa, Arsh-ul-Shaheen, Mohammad Rafiq, Waseem Ahmad Khan, Dr Majid, Dilawar Ahmad Bhat, Mohammad Iqbal, Mohammad Shafi Mir, Abdul Rasheed Bhat and several others.
