Attack on BJP party workers, policemen unfortunate: Ashok Kaul

Srinagar, August 14: Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) General Secretary UT J&K Ashok Kaul termed the attack on BJP party workers and policemen very unfortunate and said that recent attacks by militants show their desperation.

Talking to Kashmir Despatch Ashok Kaul said that from the last two weeks militants are attacking BJP workers and now they have targeted police, which is very unfortunate. The way militants are acting, it shows there desperation.”

Kaul added, “No religion teaches such kind nor that allow anyone to roam around on a bike and shoot”. “What wrong did the policemen had done to these militants that they killed them”, asked Koul,

Pertinently, Ahead of Independence day militants attacked a police party at Nowgam area of Srinagar on Friday morning killing two cops and leaving another one injured.

Speaking about the incident IGP Kashmir Zone Vijay Kumar said,Jaish-e-Muhammad militant outfit carried out the attack on Police party at Nowgam Srinagar”.
