Baramulla athletes shine; 7 medals secure glorious victory at the 3rd Indian Open Amateur National Championship

District Baramulla’s athletes have once again demonstrated their exceptional skills and dedication at the highly esteemed 3rd Indian Open Amateur National Championship, held from August 25th to 27th, 2023, at Tantya Tope Stadium in Bhopal.

Representing Team Jammu & Kashmir (J&K), these talented athletes from District Baramulla have clinched an impressive total of 7 medals—4 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze.

Among the standout performers from District Baramulla are:

  1. Nadiya Nayeem – Gold Medal
  2. Imad Mushtaq – Gold Medal
  3. Haider Mushtaq – Gold Medal
  4. Arsalan Shafiq – Gold Medal
  5. Mizhan Niyaz – Silver Medal
  6. Sahil Ah Khan – Silver Medal
  7. Mohammad Awwab – Bronze Medal
