Budgam Gunfight : Militant killed, Operation on
Budgam, Sep 22 : A militant has been killed in an ongoing gunfight at Char-e-Sharief area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
An official told Kashmir Despatch that in an ongoing gunfight that broke out yesterday evening one militant has been killed, he said operation is in process.
The officer however, added the Identify of slain militant is yet to be ascertained.
A police officer told Kashmir Despatch operation was resumed early this morning after halted for the night and sofar a militant has been killed.
Pertinently In an initial stage of gunfight an Army soldier was injured on Monday evening.
