Coronavirus adds more anxiety to Soporians

Two more tests positive toll 9, overall 270

Sopore, April 13 : The eve of Monday adds more fear and threat among Soporians as two more cases were tested positive for COVID-19 rises the toll in town to 9 sofar.

COVID-19 is heading forward and adding more fuel by contaminating many people across Sopore, Bandipora belt and the total toll reaches to 60 in these two adjoining parts of Kashmir region.

A health official in a chat with Kashmir Despatch said, since the death of business tycoon of Apple Town in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district the COVID-19 is touching the heights of sky as many more people across the town are under quarantine and are getting tested respectively.

The doctor while commenting over fresh victims as saying they were serving quarantine period , as the symptoms of this virus was adding fuel to their bodies and it was on cards they may be tested positive.

The victims who tested positive today had a contact history with deceased victim doctor added.

A mother nurse by profession, a teenage girl, four more male victims were tested positive last week, while a 70 year old man with travel history to Saudi Arabia had been tested postive.

Pertinently, COVID-19 is increasing fear and threat among the residents of valley as the toll jumps to 270 across Jammu and Kashmir.

Moreover, it is advised and requested to general public stay indoors, eat hygienic and avoid unnecessary social gatherings.
