Sopore : Continuing its efforts to reach out poor and needy people, Police in north Kashmir’s Sopore distributed essential items among the school children.
An official told Kashmir Despatch that under Civic Action Programme, Sopore Police distributed essential school items including school bags, notebooks, etc among poor students today at Amargrah Sopore.
SSP Sopore Shabir Nawab, SDPO Dr Raies Ahmad, other officers held distribution ceremony at Amargrah area of Sopore on Monday.
On the occasion, SSP Sopore said that we must feel the importance of fostering an inclusive culture and responding to the urgent needs of people in all aspects of society.
Pertinently, On Sunday the distribution was held in sub division Rafiabad.
