SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 01: Continuing its endeavor to provide financial assistance to the wards of martyr policemen, Director General of Police Shri Dilbag Singh today sanctioned over Rupees three lakh vide Police Headquarters’ order number 3689.
Under this order Rupees one lakh seventy two thousand has been sanctioned in favour of sixteen martyr police wards, pursuing different degree courses. Similarly Rupees one lakh forty five thousand has been sanctioned in favour of twenty five martyr police wards, pursuing education in different classes upto 12th.
The amount has been sanctioned out of Central Police Education Fund to provide financial assistance to these martyr police wards during their education.
As head office of Police Pariwar, Police Headquarters under different heads is annually sanctioning various scholarships for police wards, so as to help them and also to boost their morale during their education.
