Forces bust hideout in south Kashmir

Srinagar: The government forces claimed to have busted a hideout in Pulwama district, south Kashmir, on Saturday.

A police official told that on a specific input, a joint party of army’s 55 Rashtriya Rifles, police, and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) launched a search operation in village Chakura resulting in a recovery of a cache of arms, ammunition, explosives, other warlike stores and incriminating material belonging to Hizbul Mujahideen, a militant outfit.

The officer giving details of recovery said that one SLR, two Pistol, IED material, including huge quantity of explosives, batteries, and detonators were recovered.
