Government forces on Thursday morning launched a cordon-and-search operation in north Kashmir’s Bandipora village.
Reports said a joint team of army’s 14 RR, CRPF, and SOG laid a siege at Nadihal village of Bandipora.
A police officer also confirmed and said that the cordon was launched following inputs about the movement of some suspected militants.
Wani Mohalla and Shah Mohalla of Nadihal village was under siege when filed this report.
