G.N Itoo promises tourism map for Sopore

Sopore, Jan 19 : Irfan Ali Councilor Sopore on Tuesday met Dr G.N Itoo who was appointed new Director Tourism Kashmir by the administration last week.
G.N Itoo who held the post of Deputy Commissioner Baramulla was appointed new Director Tourism following which Irfan Ali Councilor Sopore met while both of them talked in detail about setting up tourism adventure in Sopore.
Talking to Kashmir Despatch, Irfan Ali said, “It was a pleasure to meet G.N Itoo, new Director Tourism Kashmir I put forth details about the road map for Sopore as the area can attract tourists from across the globe”.
He added, “If Sopore get new facilities with regarding to new adventure, the tourism sector can help in providing jobs to youth here and as a Councilor I would do everything to help out the authorities”.
Meanwhile, sources close to Director Tourism Kashmir G.N Itoo said that the officer listened to the Irfan Ali Councilor and assured him that steps will be taken to promote tourism in Sopore town.
