Sopore,Jan 19 : Continuing with its effort, station house officer Sopore Azim Khan on Tuesday met street vendors while assuring them all possible support.
According to Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, SHO Sopore Azim Khan had accommodated street vendors across Sopore to other distance providing relief to commuters and locals
“We met SHO Sopore Azim Khan today and the officer assured us that Jammu and Kashmir police and administration will support us in every possible way and we are looking forward to it”, said one of the street vendor.
He added, “We are hopeful that things will be sorted out as we have a family as well and we have to feed them”.
Talking to Kashmir Despatch SHO Sopore Azim Khan said, “We are very much aware of the situation of street vendors and I and my team are doing everything to accommodate them at a better place so that relief is provided to street vendors and as well as to commuters”.
“We are working over it and we will continue in helping everyone at every aspect”, he added.
