Khidmat centre sealed in Sopore for defying lockdown norms

Sopore, May 20 : A joint team of civil administration along with Jammu and Kashmir Police on Wednesday afternoon sealed Khidmat Centre at Warpora in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district for restoring to over crowding amid the pandemic outbreak.

Divulging the details an official part of the team told Kashmir Despatch, that even after timely warning to the Khidmat Centre owner, Parvaiz Ahmad Malik, functional at warpora Sopore, the said management failed to curb the over crowding leaving the lives of whole population under severe threat of contracting the deadly virus.

He said the joint team after receiving similar over crowing reports today swung into action and sealed the complex for resorting to over crowding amid this pandemic outbreak despite clear order from the government to avoid any large gathering and adhering to the social distancing.
